Stefanos Filippou –
With over 30 years of experience as an architect in both the US and in Greece, today Stefanos is the leading architect of Diamona in Greece…
Stefanos is responsible for real estate acquisition, primarily focusing on planning, municipality responsibilities, design, and building permits. He oversees Diamona’s planning, construction quality, and assurance.
He obtained his architectural degree from the University of Illinois, College of Architecture Art and Urban Planning, at Chicago, Chicago, IL.
Stefanos is a member of the Greek National Institute of Architects. He obtained his professional license from the Department of Professional Regulation.
Theodoros Papadatos –
Theodoros is head of the legal division of Diamona Greece, assisting the company throughout the legal spectrum of its investment strategy.
Theodoros’ practice primarily focuses on conducting legal due diligence prior to acquisition of a real estate property or entering into any legal relationship. He is responsible for structured finance and credit facilities with the local Greek banks.
Theodoros’s area of expertise encompasses also EU and Public law, mainly administrative law, public procurement law, energy and competition law, having represented numerous clients in both advisory level and dispute resolution proceedings. In particular, he has been very active in the field of Project Finance and concessions and has had the opportunity to work on some of the largest infrastructure and energy projects in Greece.
Theodoros has a unique international experience, having postgraduate studies in the University of Paris II Panthéon — Assas and the University of Oxford on an Onassis Foundation Scholarship. He has also worked in the Court of Justice of the European Union where he got involved in the treatment of references for preliminary rulings in the field of EU Administrative Law and State Aid Law, undertaking research to support members of the Court and publishing articles in “Reflets Judiciaries” (the ECJ’s Publication).
He is a member of the Athens Bar Association and also a member of the French Association for the Research in Administrative Law and of the Association of Greek Public Law Lawyers. He has participated in numerous conferences and has also published articles in academic journals.
Theodoros is fluent in Greek, English, French, and Spanish.
Dimitri Chrysikos –
Dimitri has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master degree in Finance and Accounting.
He is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece and he has an A’ degree professional license.
Dimitri has more than 20 years of experience as an accountant.
Today Dimitri is in charge of Diamona’s Accounting and Finance Department.
Dimitris Pantos –
Civil Engineer. Project Manager
Dimitris is a Civil Engineer who graduated from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
He has over 25 years of experience in the construction and engineering field. Dimitris’ area of expertise lies in managing large and complex engineering projects.
Dimitri manages the numerous projects of Diamona, overseeing and coordinating with the site managers of each project.
Chris Filippou –
Chris manages operations of the company to ensure that quality complies with Diamona Greece’s Vision and Philosophy.
Chris has over a decade of experience in design, construction and facility management. He has worked both on residential and retail projects and has organized tourist facilities. Part of his role is to ensure the smooth running of operational activities and maintain a line of communication between the company, its vendors and staff to achieve the goals set by management.
Chris holds a BA in interior design from Vakalo College, is fluent both in Greek and English and has completed studies both in Greece and the United States.
Dede Dekay –
Dede has over 30 years of experience in supervision of major construction projects throughout Greece.
Dede graduated from the Skoda Technical School in Albania. He was also on the Albanian Olympic weightlifting team and participated in the 1992 Barcelona Olympics.
He oversees the daily operations of the construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring that quality and safety protocols are met and are up to the company’s standards.
Kostas Pikos –
Kostas holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Athens. He joined Diamona to lead and explore new acquisitions and opportunities in the real estate market.
Kostas has 10 years of experience in both management and administrative work. He brings a new perspective to Diamona Greece and its real estate acquisitions department.
Currently, Kosta is in charge of securing tenants for all residential/commercial properties and ensuring that each tenant’s needs are met. In addition he’s also responsible for finding new real estate acquisitions for Diamona.
Michail Giannoulatos –
Michalis is the technology specialist of Diamona Greece.
Michalis has a BA in Marketing, BSc in Information Systems, and MSc in Computer Science. He graduated from University of West Attica and University of Indianapolis and also obtained other various certificates, including HACCP and CCNA.
He has 15 years experience in the IT sector and more than 5 years experience as a site supervisor for complex real estate projects with deep technology implementation.
Michalis manages the integration of future technology into DG projects and products. He is responsible for new innovative ideas and their implementation into the lifestyle of DG’s products and its clients.
Antigoni Pappa –
Antigoni has a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering, from the Technical University of Crete.
Antigoni also studied interior design at AKTO and has attended numerous seminars on landscape architecture.
For the past 7 years, she has worked as an engineer and an interior designer. Now Antigoni is part of Dianoma’s construction department! She brings to the team a new perspective on the Athenian vibe and lifestyle.
